MANGO began as a video of myself eating a mango with my hands, filmed during my residency in RARA (Villanueva del Rosario, 2021).

However, it has since evolved into a multi-faceted project that includes reflections and writings on ancestral and traditional foods, and the emotions they evoke. In late 2022, the project grew into a collective mango tasting held at La Cuina del MACBA as part of Distensions
